Before or after a move
Deep cleaning when the keys change hands
Empty rooms show everything. We clean kitchens, baths, and living spaces so you can leave a place right — or walk into one that is actually ready.

Moving is already a full-time job. The last thing most households want is to spend the final night on the floor with a bucket, or to unpack boxes into someone else’s leftover mess. Clean Command’s move-in and move-out service is a deep clean timed to an empty or nearly empty property — the moment when cabinets, appliances, and baseboards are actually reachable.
Move-out cleaning is for the people leaving. Landlords and future occupants notice kitchens, baths, and floors. We work those rooms first and keep going through living areas, bedrooms, and the details that show up on a walkthrough. We cannot undo damage, missing appliances, or months of deferred maintenance. We can reset a used property so it looks professionally cleaned instead of abandoned.
Move-in cleaning is for the people arriving. Even a “cleaned” rental or purchased home often needs a second, independent pass before boxes hit the counters. If you would rather not cook on a stove you have never seen the inside of, book the visit before you sleep there. We bring the supplies. You bring the keys and a clear access window.
This work overlaps with rent-ready cleaning when a landlord is the one hiring us. If you are a property manager, the rent-ready page may be the better fit. If you are a household moving between Port Huron, Fort Gratiot, Marysville, Kimball, or St. Clair, this page is yours. Either way, the quote form asks for size, bedrooms, bathrooms, and condition so we do not guess.
We also clean in Port Huron, Fort Gratiot, Marysville, Kimball, and St. Clair. Looking for a different job? See rent ready cleaning, commercial & office cleaning, or residential cleaning.

The process
01 Tell us the move
Move-in or move-out, city, size, and how empty the property will be. Cabinets still full change what we can reach.
02 Pick a window
We schedule around key exchange when we can. Same-day requests are not always possible — earlier is better.
03 Team on site
Two people work the deep-clean list. Empty rooms go faster; leftover belongings slow the job and may stay off-limits.
04 You get the space back
Leave with a property you can hand over, or walk into rooms that are ready for boxes instead of a second night of scrubbing.
Questions we actually get
Should the property be empty?+
Empty or nearly empty is best. We can work around a few boxed rooms, but full closets and stocked kitchens limit what we can clean inside. Say what will still be there when you request the quote.
Can you guarantee my deposit back?+
No. Deposits depend on the lease, the landlord, and the condition beyond cleaning — holes, stains, missing items. We clean thoroughly. We do not make promises about someone else’s refund decision.
Do you move furniture or haul junk?+
We are a cleaning company. Light shifting of small items so we can clean around them is normal. We do not haul furniture, appliances, or junk. If the property is packed, finish the move first or say so on the form.
How far in advance should I book?+
As soon as you know the key date. Popular end-of-month days fill first. If your date is close, call and we will be honest about what we can take.
Need it cleaned? We'll take command.
